Is the introductory consultation free?
Yes. The introductory consultation carries no fee. It exists so we can understand your matter and you can evaluate us. Fees begin only after you engage the firm, and are discussed openly before any engagement.
How do I schedule a consultation?
Use the consultation form on the contact page or reach us on WhatsApp. Your message is read by a lawyer, not an automated system, and we respond as promptly as our current matters allow.
What areas of law does RAP & Co practice?
Six areas: Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Investment Law, Employment Law, Land Law, and Energy and Infrastructure. The firm is organized into two practice groups, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution on one side and Corporate and Business on the other.
Does the firm handle bankruptcy and PKPU?
Yes. Bankruptcy and suspension of payment obligation (PKPU) proceedings are a core part of our litigation practice. The team includes lawyers licensed as Receiver and Administrator (AKPI) and as Liquidator (ALBI).
Who will handle my matter?
A team. Involving our lawyers as a team on every matter is firm policy, so your case benefits from the group expertise rather than a single desk.
Where does the firm practice?
Our lawyers have practiced in various regions of Indonesia and work with government and parliamentary institutions at both the central and regional levels.
Can the firm advise foreign investors?
Yes. Our investment practice covers direct and indirect investment by foreign and local investors, including establishing foreign capital companies (PMA), branch offices, and representative offices. We work in English and Indonesian.
What languages does the firm work in?
English and Indonesian, in both advice and documentation.
